Changes to our current NHS MSK & Physio services

The NHS MSK and Physio services we have been operating are moving to a new provider, Cora Health, from 1^st April 2026. All of our current MSK and physio NHS patients will be transferred to Cora Health from this date. To ensure patient care continues without any interruption, Thrive Health Hubs will securely transfer all patient records to Cora Health.

What happens next?

Patients who are happy for their care and records being transferred to Cora Health don’t need to do anything. Cora Health will contact patients due course to arrange a suitable appointment after 1^st April 2026. If you are a patient and have not been contacted by the 31^st May 2026, then please contact Cora Health on 01268 904102.

Any patient who does not wish for their care and records to be transferred, can refuse consent to transfer their personal data, as outlined below.

Data Privacy

We take your privacy very seriously. Your rights under data protection legislation will be protected in this transfer of service.  Thrive Health Hubs will be the sole ‘Data Controller’ of your healthcare record, therefore if you wish to exercise any of your rights in relation to that data, please do not hesitate to contact our Data Protection Officer in writing to: Thrive Health Hubs

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR you have the right to refuse consent of the transfer of your personal data. If you would like to exercise this option, please do so within one week from the date of this letter by calling 01375 800707 Monday to Friday between 9am and 4pm or by email to thurrock.healthhubs@nhs.net

If you do not consent, you will be discharged back to your registered GP to discuss future treatment options.
