Fabulous service and being able to excess this service on a Sunday with easy parking was a real bonus. This was true care in the community and I cannot rate the treatment I received highly enough.

I had to attend the Health hub in Fobbing Road last saturday, 12th March, for an ultrasound guided injection. The young lady who greeted me at reception and accompanied me throughout the procedure was absolutely lovely. The doctor was quite businesslike, but obviously very good at his job, as I had minimal discomfort throughout. All in all, a positive experience. Thank you.

Had the pleasant experience of visiting the fobbing hub yesterday. The lady on reception was friendly. Al ( hope this is right) was luvly, friendly and put me at ease. The clinitian ( sorry cannot his remember name) was luvly and friendly also.

Guided injection, excellent service, everything was explained, and any questions I had answered, I felt comfortable, and it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, aftercare explained. Now wait and see if it works fingers crossed.

Visited today for steroid injection and had a great experience, the lady on reception was very nice, welcoming and friendly. Appointment was on time, the clinician was knowledgeable, made me feel at ease, explained the procedure fully and it was all over in 15 min.
